How do I request free samples?
Select "Free Sample" in the inquiry type above and specify which products and origins you want to evaluate. We send samples (5–100g) via DHL/FedEx to qualified buyers. Processing time is 3–5 business days.
How fast do you respond?
We respond to all inquiries within 24 business hours (Monday–Friday). For urgent matters, WhatsApp is the fastest channel — we're available Mon–Sat 08:00–20:00 WIB.
Why are prices not listed on the website?
Vanilla is a commodity with market-linked pricing. Prices change based on harvest quality, quantity, grade, packaging, and Incoterms. We provide accurate, current pricing in every quotation within 24 hours.
Can I get a CoA before ordering?
Yes. We provide a sample Certificate of Analysis (with batch data anonymised) to any qualified buyer on request. Simply select "CoA / Documents" above and specify the product.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Samples start from 5g. Commercial minimum orders start from 5 kg for most products. No minimum total order value — you can order from a single product SKU. See our Products page for per-product MOQs.
